Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We keep refunds simple:

• Unused packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• Partially used packs: within 14 days we'll refund the unused portion, pro-rata.
• Technical failures: a generation that fails never consumes a credit; if something still went wrong, tell us and we'll fix the balance or refund.

To request a refund, reply directly to your Paddle receipt email, or reach us at usappstudio.com/contact with the email you used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
